Charles Ellicott Commentary Leviticus 6:15

"And he shall take up therefrom his handful, of the fine flour of the meal-offering, and of the oil thereof, and all the frankincense which is upon the meal-offering, and shall burn it upon the altar for a sweet savor, as the memorial thereof, unto Jehovah." — Leviticus 6:15 (ASV)

And he shall take of it. —That is, one of the sons of Aaron mentioned in the preceding verse, whose rotation it is to serve at the altar. For an explanation of these directions see Leviticus 2:2.
