"And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying," — Leviticus 7:28 (ASV)

And the Lord spake unto Moses. —With this formula, which, as we have seen, indicates a fresh communication made by the Lord to the lawgiver, additional precepts are introduced, regulating God’s portion of the peace offering.
