Charles Ellicott Commentary Leviticus 8:32

"And that which remaineth of the flesh and of the bread shall ye burn with fire." — Leviticus 8:32 (ASV)

And that which remaineth. —That is, if any of the flesh or cakes was not eaten on the day on which the sacrifice was offered, it had to be burned, which was the law in the case of the peace offering. (Leviticus 7:17; Exodus 29:34.)
