"Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all things be accomplished. Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away." — Luke 21:32-33 (ASV)

Verily I say to you . . .—Here the variation ceases for a time, and the two verses are identical with Matthew 24:34-35, and Mark 13:30-31.
