"But Jesus said, Some one did touch me; for I perceived that power had gone forth from me." — Luke 8:46 (ASV)

Somebody has touched me.—What Saint Mark gives historically as a fact, Saint Luke reports as uttered by our Lord Himself.

That virtue is gone out of me.—See Note on Mark 5:30. To Saint Luke the word was probably familiar as a technical term.
