SCRIPTURE

"Another parable set he before them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man that sowed good seed in his field:" — Matthew 13:24 (ASV)

Another parable — The explanation of the parable of the Sower had apparently been given in the boat where our Lord sat with His disciples. Then, addressing the multitude on the shore again, He spoke the parables of the Tares, the Mustard Seed, and the Leaven. After dismissing the multitude (Matthew 13:36), He landed with His disciples and went into the house that was their home for a time.
