SCRIPTURE

"Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, that also which this woman hath done shall be spoken of for a memorial of her." — Matthew 26:13 (ASV)

Wherever this gospel will be preached — By assuming the gospel's future expansion, this prediction naturally helped bring about its own fulfillment. However, the foresight of such universal expansion at that moment can be seen as proof of a foreknowledge that was nothing less than divine.

While others saw only immediate victory, He saw condemnation, shame, and death. Yet He also saw beyond these things to a victory and a dominion over the souls of humanity that was beyond their wildest dreams.
