"But of late my people is risen up as an enemy: ye strip the robe from off the garment from them that pass by securely [as men] averse from war." — Micah 2:8 (ASV)

You pull off the robe. —Micah dwells upon the continued rapacity of the people. They robbed the quiet inoffensive traveller of both outer and inner garment; they took away both cloke and coat. (Luke 6:29.)
