Charles Ellicott Commentary Proverbs 10:23

"It is as sport to a fool to do wickedness; And [so is] wisdom to a man of understanding." — Proverbs 10:23 (ASV)

But a man of understanding hath wisdom. —Rather, But wisdom (is sport) to a man of understanding, that is, one rejoices in mischief, the other in wise thoughts and deeds.
