SCRIPTURE

"The wicked is thrust down in his evil-doing; But the righteous hath a refuge in his death." — Proverbs 14:32 (ASV)

The wicked is driven away in his wickedness. — Or, is overthrown in his misfortune, that is, when it comes upon him , for he has none to aid or comfort him.

But the righteous hath hope in his death. — Compare Job’s confidence (Job 13:15 and Psalm 23:4). The gravest troubles do not terrify him.
