"The appetite of the laboring man laboreth for him; For his mouth urgeth him [thereto]." — Proverbs 16:26 (ASV)
He who labors labors for himself.— Rather, the desire, or hunger, of the laborer labors for him, for his mouth urges him on; the feeling that he is supplying his own needs gives him strength for his work.
