"The man that wandereth out of the way of understanding Shall rest in the assembly of the dead." — Proverbs 21:16 (ASV)

Shall remain in the congregation of the dead. —Described in Isaiah 14:9; he will not take part in the resurrection of Isaiah 26:19. A prophecy of retribution after death.
