"The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination: How much more, when he bringeth it with a wicked mind!" — Proverbs 21:27 (ASV)

How much more when he brings it with a wicked mind?—Plotting at the same time future wickedness, or thinking to make God, by the sacrifice, overlook his sin, and so become, as it were, his confederate.
