"Yea, my heart will rejoice, When thy lips speak right things." — Proverbs 23:16 (ASV)

My reins shall rejoice— These being represented in Hebrew poetry as the seat of the deepest affections, corresponding to “heart” in Proverbs 23:15. (Jeremiah 12:2; Revelation 2:23.)
