"A fool uttereth all his anger; But a wise man keepeth it back and stilleth it." — Proverbs 29:11 (ASV)

The fool (khesîl,Proverbs 1:22) utters all his mind. —Or, pours out all his wrath; but a wise man keeps it in till afterwards, or keeps it back.
