Charles Ellicott Commentary Proverbs 31:25

"Strength and dignity are her clothing; And she laugheth at the time to come." — Proverbs 31:25 (ASV)

Strength and honour are her clothing.— She never parts with them; they serve her, like clothing, for protection and ornament .

And she shall rejoice in time to come.— Rather, smiles at the coming day; she does not fear the future.
