Charles Ellicott Commentary

Charles Ellicott Commentary
"Great peace have they that love thy law; And they have no occasion of stumbling." — Psalms 119:165 (ASV)
Nothing shall offend them. —See margin. Perhaps the verse should take the form of a wish: great peace to the lovers of Your law; no stumbling-block to them. Or, it may be, great peace have they who love Your word and who find no hindrance.
It was not the fact that the faithful did not stumble.
