Charles Ellicott Commentary Psalms 119:84

"How many are the days of thy servant? When wilt thou execute judgment on them that persecute me?" — Psalms 119:84 (ASV)

As in Psalms 89:47-48, the psalmist here utters what was the dread of each generation of Israel, a dread that it might have passed away before the day of deliverance would arrive.
