Charles Ellicott Commentary Psalms 147:20

"He hath not dealt so with any nation; And as for his ordinances, they have not known them. Praise ye Jehovah." — Psalms 147:20 (ASV)

Any nation. —This boast in Israel’s special and exclusive privilege may be compared with Deuteronomy 4:7; Deuteronomy 32:32–41.

Judgments. —Here plainly not manifestations of wrath; but, as so frequently in Psalm 119, the display of righteousness towards Israel.
