Charles Ellicott Commentary Psalms 64:10

"The righteous shall be glad in Jehovah, and shall take refuge in him; And all the upright in heart shall glory." — Psalms 64:10 (ASV)

Shall glory. —Or, perhaps, shall shine forth clear, i.e., shall have their cause acknowledged just. The Septuagint and Vulgate seem to have understood it so: “shall be praised.”
