Charles Ellicott Commentary Psalms 66:20

"Blessed be God, Who hath not turned away my prayer, Nor his lovingkindness from me." — Psalms 66:20 (ASV)

Who has not turned ... — that is, he found himself able to pray, was not silenced. Notice the zeugma. God had not rejected his prayer nor withdrawn His grace.
