Charles Ellicott Commentary Psalms 88:10-12

"Wilt thou show wonders to the dead? Shall they that are decreased arise and praise thee? Selah Shall thy lovingkindness be declared in the grave? Or thy faithfulness in Destruction? These verses probably contain the prayer uttered with the “stretched-out hands.”
