Charles Ellicott Commentary Psalms 9:7

"But Jehovah sitteth [as king] for ever: He hath prepared his throne for judgment;" — Psalms 9:7 (ASV)

But the Lord shall endure. —Better, but Jehovah sits enthroned for ever, being in close parallelism with the next clause, For judgment has erected his throne.
