Charles Ellicott Commentary Romans 10:12

"For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek: for the same [Lord] is Lord of all, and is rich unto all that call upon him:" — Romans 10:12 (ASV)

For the same Lord over all is rich.—Rather, for the same Lord (is Lord) over all, abounding, and so on. Christ is the Lord alike of Jew and Gentile. (Compare to Ephesians 4:5.)
