"For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?" — Romans 11:34 (ASV)

For who has known the mind of the Lord?—The two clauses in this verse are illustrative of the wisdom and knowledge of God, just as the next verse is illustrative of His “riches.”
