Charles Spurgeon Commentary 2 Chronicles 33:10

"And Jehovah spake to Manasseh, and to his people; but they gave no heed." — 2 Chronicles 33:10 (ASV)

And the LORD spake to Manasseh, and to his people: but they would not hearken.

This was all that was necessary to fill up the measure of his guilt. He and his people were warned of God, but they would not hearken.
