"And this was yet a small thing in thine eyes, O Lord Jehovah; but thou hast spoken also of thy servant`s house for a great while to come; and this [too] after the manner of men, O Lord Jehovah!" — 2 Samuel 7:19 (ASV)

And this was yet a small thing in your sight, O Lord GOD; but you have spoken also of your servant's house for a great while to come. And is this the manner of man, O Lord GOD?

No man could have been so kind as that. The love of Jesus surpasses the love of women, and the love of God surpasses all the kindness of men.
