"And Paul stood up, and beckoning with the hand said, Men of Israel, and ye that fear God, hearken:" — Acts 13:16 (ASV)

Then Paul stood up, and beckoning with his hand said, Men of Israel, and you that fear God, give audience.

Or, rather, "and you Gentile proselytes, give audience."

Then Paul stood up, and beckoning with his hand said, Men of Israel, and you that fear God, listen.

You, who, as sufficient Gentiles, have come to worship Jehovah, God of Israel—"men of Israel."
