"For these are not drunken, as ye suppose; seeing it is [but] the third hour of the day." — Acts 2:15 (ASV)

For these are not drunken, as you suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.

At nine o'clock in the morning, it was not to be supposed that they had become drunken.
