Charles Spurgeon Commentary Acts 2:36

"Let all the house of Israel therefore know assuredly, that God hath made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom ye crucified." — Acts 2:36 (ASV)

Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

How those men must have been startled when he came to what was the finale of his address, the point at which he had aimed all along!
