SCRIPTURE

"This I say, that no one may delude you with persuasiveness of speech." — Colossians 2:4 (ASV)

When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. (Colossians 3:4)

Christ was hidden while he was here. The world did not know him.

So is your life. But there is to be a glorious manifestation. When Christ is made manifest, so you also will be. Wait for him.

They did not openly contradict the gospel; they pretended to have a great affection for it, and then they tried to tear the very heart out of it with their enticing words of man's wisdom.
