"for through him we both have our access in one Spirit unto the Father." — Ephesians 2:18 (ASV)

For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.

Here you have the Trinity in a single line of Scripture, and it needs the Trinity to make an acceptable prayer. Through him (that is, Christ) we have access by one Spirit to the Father, and now, today, the Church of God is one in prayer, whether Jew or Gentile.

We come to God by the same Mediator, helped by the same Spirit.

We have answers of peace from the same Father.
