Charles Spurgeon Commentary

Charles Spurgeon Commentary
"Through him then let us offer up a sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of lips which make confession to his name. But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased." — Hebrews 13:15-16 (ASV)
By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
Christian people should always be doing good. As God is always doing good, so we can never say we have done all we ought to do and will do no more: To do good and to communicate, that is, to share of your substance and of your charitable help, forget not.
