SCRIPTURE

"I have declared, and I have saved, and I have showed; and there was no strange [god] among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith Jehovah, and I am God." — Isaiah 43:12 (ASV)

I have declared, and have saved,

"I said that I would save, and I have saved."

And I have shewed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, that I am God.

When, in Hezekiah's day, the idols had been destroyed, God told Hezekiah that he would deliver him from Sennacherib, and he did so.
