Charles Spurgeon Commentary

Charles Spurgeon Commentary
"And they thirsted not when he led them through the deserts; he caused the waters to flow out of the rock for them; he clave the rock also, and the waters gushed out." — Isaiah 48:21 (ASV)
And they thirsted not when he led them through the deserts:
Neither shall you thirst, O redeemed one, when you are in the desert!
He clave the rock also, and the waters gushed out.
And yet, to conclude the chapter, stands this remarkable sentence:
He caused the waters to flow out of the rock for them:
Most unlikely places will yield you help.
