SCRIPTURE

"And foreigners shall build up thy walls, and their kings shall minister unto thee: for in my wrath I smote thee, but in my favor have I had mercy on thee. Thy gates also shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day nor night; that men may bring unto thee the wealth of the nations, and their kings led captive." — Isaiah 60:10-11 (ASV)

And their kings shall minister unto thee: for in my wrath I smote thee, but in my favour have I had mercy on thee.

Therefore your gates shall be open continually; no alarms of war will cause them then to shut the iron gates.
