SCRIPTURE

"Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child: wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?" — Jeremiah 30:6 (ASV)

Ask now, and see whether a man does travail with child?

Why do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?

Everywhere, when the time of mercy came, it was a bad time, a dark time, a time of inward throbs, and throes, and travail.
