Charles Spurgeon Commentary

Charles Spurgeon Commentary
"Ah Lord Jehovah! behold, thou hast made the heavens and the earth by thy great power and by thine outstretched arm; there is nothing too hard for thee," — Jeremiah 32:17 (ASV)
Behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee:
Is that not a grand sentence? There is nothing too hard for thee. He who could make the heaven and the earth can do anything.
Read, in the Book of Genesis, the story of the creation, and see how He spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast; and then judge what can ever be a difficulty to the Almighty.
Surely you must say to him, as Jeremiah did, There is nothing too hard for thee.
