SCRIPTURE

"But now I go unto him that sent me; and none of you asketh me, Whither goest thou?" — John 16:5 (ASV)

But now I go my way to him that sent me;

Christ was going to the cross, and to the grave, and afterwards to heaven.

And none of you asks me, Where are you going?

Because they did not ask that question, Christ's disciples were full of grief.

Sometimes we do not ask enough questions. We ask too many questions of doubt; it would be good if we asked a few more questions of believing curiosity. There are some things that we should want to know, and Christ encourages his people to come to him for information.
