SCRIPTURE

"The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. He that believeth on the Son hath eternal life; but he that obeyeth not the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abideth on him." — John 3:35-36 (ASV)

The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life:

He has it now; and he can never lose it, or else it would not be everlasting. He has a life that must exist for ever and ever.

The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

So John's last words are thunder; his dying speech has in it the word most terrible to all of you who do not believe in Christ, The wrath of God abideth on him.
