SCRIPTURE

"But he saith unto them, It is I; be not afraid." — John 6:20 (ASV)

But he said to them, It is I; be not afraid.

Then they must have felt at ease at once as soon as they knew that it was Jesus who was walking towards them upon the water.

Lord, if it is you, fear would be foolish on our part; we are only too glad to have your company.
