Charles Spurgeon Commentary

Charles Spurgeon Commentary
"All that which the Father giveth me shall come unto me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. For I am come down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. And this is the will of him that sent me, that of all that which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day." — John 6:37-39 (ASV)
All that the Father gives me shall come to me; and him that comes to me I will by no means cast out. For I came down from heaven, not to do my own will, but the will of him that sent me.
And this is the Father's will which has sent me, that of all which he has given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.
Christ will not lose one whom the Father gave him, no, nor any part of one. He will not lose the body of any one of his people any more than he will lose the soul of one.
