SCRIPTURE

"And having said these things unto them, he abode [still] in Galilee." — John 7:9 (ASV)

And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last; and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

They left her alone with Jesus in the midst of the place that the guilty crowd had forsaken in silent shame.
