Charles Spurgeon Commentary

Charles Spurgeon Commentary
"And having said these things unto them, he abode [still] in Galilee. But when his brethren were gone up unto the feast, then went he also up, not publicly, but as it were in secret." — John 7:9-10 (ASV)
When he had said these words unto them, he abode still in Galilee. But when his brethren were gone up, then went he also up unto the feast, not openly, but as it were in secret.
Not with the great caravan that traveled, sometimes, with tens of thousands of people together going up to the feast, but with his own disciples in a quieter way.
