Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent,
You shall not believe in his penitence. No, surely," you say, "that is incorrect." Yes, it is incorrect; but that is what many of you do. I was only stating how things generally are; but that is not Christ's direction.
