SCRIPTURE

"And while they still disbelieved for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here anything to eat?" — Luke 24:41 (ASV)

And wondered, he said to them, Have you here any meat?

"Anything to eat?"

And wondered, he said to them, Have you here any meat?

That is, "anything eatable."

And while they yet believed not for joy,

Does joy stop faith? Beloved, anything stops faith if we will let it. Faith is a divine miracle. Wherever it exists, God creates it, and God sustains it; but without God, anything can hinder it: while they yet believed not for joy,
