"And Jesus said unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the heaven [have] nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head." — Luke 9:58 (ASV)

And Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man, hath not where to lay his head.

He did not count on such hardship as that, to lie hard, and live hard; so we hear no more of him. That is would-be follower number one.
