"And ye shall be hated of all men for my name`s sake: but he that endureth to the end, the same shall be saved. But when they persecute you in this city, flee into the next: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone through the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come." — Matthew 10:22-23 (ASV)
And you will be hated by all men for my name's sake: but he that endures to the end will be saved. But when they persecute you in this city, flee into another: for truly I say to you, You will not have gone over the cities of Israel, until the Son of man comes.
They had not been able to get all through Palestine before the destruction of Jerusalem. Perhaps we will scarcely have been able to preach the gospel in every part of the world before our Master's speedy footsteps will be heard.
