SCRIPTURE

"And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, that ye who have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit on the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. And every one that hath left houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or children, or lands, for my name`s sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and shall inherit eternal life." — Matthew 19:28-29 (ASV)

He will find himself a gainer by his losses for Christ's sake. If he has lost friends, he will find better and truer friends in the Church of God. If he has lost possessions, he will gain a spiritual wealth that will be better for him than houses and lands.
