SCRIPTURE

"Now why dost thou cry out aloud? Is there no king in thee, is thy counsellor perished, that pangs have taken hold of thee as of a woman in travail?" — Micah 4:9 (ASV)

Sometimes, our prayers may be the utterance of our fears rather than of our faith, and then the question comes, "Is there no king in you? Is your Counselor perished?" Can we not trust in him whose name is Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace?
